History & Mission

Through our grantmaking program, we address the evolving needs of the Latine community and support Latine-serving community organizations that often do not get funding from mainstream philanthropies.

The Future for Our Community

Our grantmaking priorities are focused on early childhood education and immigration, key issue areas within the Latine community. Nuestro Futuro also cultivates leadership opportunities for up-and-coming donors and civic leaders.

In the spring of 2022, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the region, we pivoted our resources to provide more than $400,000 in responsive grantmaking dollars to address the disproportionate health and economic effects of the pandemic on the Latine community and the organizations that serve them.
