Unity Fund

Unity Fund serves as a vehicle for addressing our region’s most urgent needs. Contributions enable Unity Fund to pool resources and support frontline organizations that are providing critical services such as emergency food, clothing, housing, and legal aid. Since its founding in 2008, the fund has made more than $19 million in grants to hundreds of nonprofits that serve our neighbors.  

We Rise Together: For an Equitable & Just Recovery

We Rise Together is a funders collaborative working to improve local economies in long-disinvested Black and Latinx communities—and in turn, strengthen the region. The initiative invests in brick-and-mortar real estate development and provides support for Black- and Latinx-owned businesses to thrive and residents to secure and retain quality jobs in these same neighborhoods. 

Since September 2021, We Rise Together has made more than $38 million in grants, including support for more than 30 real estate investments with a current value of over $366 million. Of these projects, 12 have already opened, providing immediate and continued impact: new activities for young people, new jobs, much-needed healthcare, childcare, recreation, healthy food, and more. Your support will enable We Rise Together to continue investing in transformative services and opportunities for our communities and neighbors.
