Ashli Adibe is an associate philanthropic advisor at The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, Ashli is responsible for building and nurturing meaningful relationships with current and prospective donors. She works with individuals and families to develop thoughtful philanthropic strategies. By leveraging the expertise of the Trust’s Community Impact staff, she helps connect philanthropy to opportunity.
Prior to joining the Trust, Ashli served as a fundraiser, relationship builder, and strategic partner for some of Chicago’s most impactful nonprofits, including Cara Collective and the University of Chicago’s Medicine and Biological Sciences Division. Drawing on her experience in grant writing, corporate and foundation relations, and donor engagement, she has helped leaders and organizations clarify their impact and build donor relationships rooted in shared purpose. Her experience spans education, health, research, and workforce development.
Born and raised in Detroit, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan.
