The Young Leaders Fund provides young professionals between 25 and 45 years old with an innovative way to make a difference. The Young Leaders Fund empowers its young donors to manage the grant making process. With support from the Trust, they research innovative grassroots organizations, make site visits, interview staff and evaluate grant requests. Members become more effective volunteers and more knowledgeable civic leaders. The Young Leaders Fund has given more than $650,000 to over 150 entrepreneurial nonprofit organizations in metropolitan Chicago.
