Wendell Williams is the associate vice president of Talent & Administration at The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, he is responsible for ensuring this 105 plus year old organization has the HR capability, staff, leadership and tools to achieve the Trust’s mission and growth strategies. He brings more than fifteen years of experience in the human resources field to the role.
Prior to joining the Trust team, he served as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago, a citywide housing organization. In each of his roles, he has worked closely with staff and leadership to ensure teams are as strong as they can be and as a result achieving what they are capable of.
He feels blessed for the gifts and opportunities he has been given and believes it is his responsibility to pay it forward. He credits his professional success with the arts education he received and his passion filled work as an artist.
