Lisa Jericho is vice president of Innovation & Technology at The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, she is responsible for leading the Innovation and Technology team, focused on business applications, infrastructure, security, and risk management. The team recently completed a full digital transformation and is now focused on leveraging technology to increase productivity and reduce risk to ensure the Trust can meet its strategic objectives.
Jericho joined the Trust after working at ConAgra Brands as their Director of Trade Operations where she led the team that manages day-to-day operations for trade solutions as well as reporting and analytics within the Revenue Management organization. Prior to that, she was the SVP of Information Technology for Feeding America , where she developed and implemented transformational technology strategy and managed operations for the national offices of the third largest nonprofit in the United States, as well as a subset of the 200 nation-wide member food banks. Jericho also worked at PepsiCo in several roles, culminating in the position of Director of Global CIO Organization.
Jericho received her bachelor’s in business administration from John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and her master’s in business administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
