Kelly has over five years of experience in the Chicago nonprofit sector, with two years of experience in grants administration. Kelly joined the Grants Management team in 2025 and primarily supports the Trust’s competitive grant programs.
Before joining the Trust, Kelly worked with several Chicago-based nonprofits focused on poverty alleviation, civil rights analysis, and services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s in anthropology from DePaul University and a master’s from The University of Chicago.
