Claire Chang is the manager of application and development for The Chicago Community Trust.
Having been in the computer science field since graduating with a master’s from DePaul University, she has worked in several challenging environments and assisted with development and implementation of several technologies.
Having worked professionally for a Fortune 500 enterprise and large government agencies, Claire’s experience brings a rich and diverse technology background to the Trust.
Claire was born in Taiwan and came to the US in 1991 to achieve her advanced education. She has obtained both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in computer science.
