Chris Eagan (he/his) is a program manager for the Catalyzing Neighborhood Investment strategy at The Chicago Community Trust.
He oversees real estate development, development finance, and policy activities with signature projects including the Pre-Development Fund and “shared ownership” models (i.e., community investment vehicles).
Chris has a decade of experience in community engagement, facilitation, and project management. Previously, he worked in neighborhood business development for World Business Chicago. Chris started his career as a community organizer and spent many years building social enterprises.
Chris holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a MA in Community Development from Loyola University of Chicago.
