Compensation Policy

The Trust has established compensation guidelines designed to attract, develop and motivate employees sharing their unique knowledge and dedication for our community. Our compensation program is reviewed regularly to ensure that salaries are competitive and fair.


In addition to generous compensation, the Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to ensure the health and wellbeing of all employees. Here’s a sampling of what we offer:

    The Trust strives to meet the health needs of our employees by offering a variety of affordable health, dental, vision and other supplemental insurance options for our employees to select based on their individual needs.

  • Protect Yourself and Your Family

    Have peace of mind with company-provided basic life insurance coverage at two times salary; accidental death and dismemberment coverage; 24-hour access to employee assistance (EAP) counselors; and short- and long-term disability benefits for salary continuation in times of extended illness.

  • Paid Time Off

    We value work/life balance and provide generous time off that includes paid observed holidays, vacation, personal, sick and bereavement leave.

  • Retirement Benefits

    To help employees save for retirement, the Trust provides options that allow employees to put money away on a pre-tax and post-tax basis on Day 1, complementing these contributions with a quarterly and annual company-provided discretionary contribution.

  • Making Good Things Happen

    The Trust recognizes the importance of well-rounded employees and an environment of continuous learning. In support of this, the Trust offers access to an on-site fitness center with wellness programs, tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities. Employees also have the ability to leverage philanthropic giving through a matching gift program that allows for a donation of $2 for every $1 that employees donate to eligible nonprofit organizations.

    The Trust also sponsors company events for employees such as holiday parties, company-wide volunteer outings, Fun Fridays and other activities to promote engagement, connectivity and camaraderie of colleagues.
