Resident Association of Greater Englewood (R.A.G.E.) was founded in November 2010 and our overarching mission is to empower residents to strategize and devise concrete solutions for the betterment of Englewood while actively serving as a credible information resource for the community at-large. We are committed to advancing solutions and implementing interventions that are innovative, responsive, practical and cutting edge and with this grant we will be able to utilize trained community organizers to reach more residents and deliver robust resident leader training opportunities. Based on the feedback of our 400+ members, our vision is to continue to build power, residents leaders while continuing to make positive change in our neighborhood. With the launch of our Re-Up (RAGE Economic Upliftment Program), there is a renewed excitement from residents, our members, community partners and black owned business owners.
