GOLD (Growing Organizational Leadership Development) Within will create a dynamic team of leaders dedicated to carrying out the Partnership for Resilience’s vision of an Illinois where systems support schools, families and communities working together. Once fully equipped and well resourced, leading with a clear vision and a solid skill set, Partnership for Resilience staff will be incentivized and ready to bring together schools, unions, families, students, local government leaders, and community agencies, to create a Children's Council.
