Adriana Viteri


Adriana Viteri is a philanthropic advisor at The Chicago Community Trust. She is responsible for building and cultivating trust-based relationships with current and prospective donors and grant recipients. She works with individuals, families and corporations to facilitate strategic grant making and philanthropic educational opportunities. In addition, Viteri leads the fundraising efforts for Unity Fund, The Trust’s yearlong responsive fund focused on basic human needs in our region, and provides guidance to Nuestro Futuro, an identity fund focused on inspiring philanthropy in the Latinx community.

Prior to joining The Trust, Viteri was the associate director of development & public affairs at Mujeres Latinas en Accion, where she managed the organization’s fundraising, communications and advocacy efforts. She has a BA in political science from Florida Atlantic University and an MA in women and gender studies from DePaul University. Viteri is a member of Chicago Foundation for Women’s Young Women’s Giving Council and a 2016-2017 Community Memorial Foundation Ladder to Leadership fellow.
