The Persons with Disabilities Fund of The Chicago Community Trust promotes the development of programs, policy and public relation action that expands the empowerment, inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities in our communities.
The Fund was established in 2004 through a grant from the Naomi Williams Donnelley Fund of The Chicago Community Trust. Its first grants were awarded in 2007.
