Mary and Chuck Liebman of McHenry, Illinois, created the PERT Foundation in 2003 as a way to involve their children in philanthropy in the Chicago metropolitan area.
Named for the couple’s children, PERT employs the expertise of The Chicago Community Trust in making its grants.
