The Arts Work Fund for Organizational Development is a new funding collaborative. Its purpose is to strengthen small arts and cultural organizations developing the business side of their operations so they continue to create exciting work, develop new talent, and enrich the Chicago metropolitan community with their artistic vision.
In addition, the Arts Work Fund seeks to leverage more funds to support the organizational development efforts of small arts and cultural groups and to engage funding partners in joint learning.
