A range of tax-efficient options can help you manage your giving--from defining and focusing your charitable intent, to pooling resources to maximize your impact. How You Can Give

• Give directly to the Foundation, so that your dollars can go where they are needed most. You can donate online using a credit card, or contact us for other options.
• Manage your giving through a bequest or retirement plan. A will provision allows you to make a substantial contribution without diminishing the assets available to you during your life. Since charitable bequests are deductible from your taxable estate, significant estate tax savings are possible.
• Start an individual fund. Families, groups or individuals establish their own funds for giving that supports Lake County. Contact us to learn about starting your own fund.
