Young professionals between 25 and 45 years old join The Young Leaders Fund by contributing $750 to the endowment. Member contributions are leveraged with endowment interest, doubling the yearly grant making budget. Member contributions are eligible for most company matching gift programs, which extends the impact of The Young Leaders Fund even further.

Just as important as the financial contributions they make, YLF members also donate their time and energy. They evaluate applicants’ leadership and structure, community impact and future goals.
