Nicole Mitchell is the development assistant for The Chicago Community Trust. She provides primary support to the vice president of Development and Donor Services and the director of gift planning. Mitchell is also responsible for the coordination of the Communications and Philanthropic Services committee, the Civic Leadership Committee and three subcommittees charged with increasing the Trust's endowment resources.

Prior to joining the Trust, Mitchell worked for the Museum of Science and Industry for fourteen years, the last five years in the fundraising division as executive assistant to the vice president. Mitchell is a member of Executive Women International and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
