
Carol Crenshaw is chief financial officer and vice president, finance with The Chicago Community Trust. Crenshaw joined the Trust in 1983 as assistant controller and was promoted to controller in 1984. She has served in her current role since 1994. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Trust’s accounting, investment programs, financial reporting, and managing an annual administrative budget of $7 million, a grants budget of more than $100 million, and supervising the fund accounting system, which administers more than 500 individual funds. Crenshaw serves as a member of the Trust’s management committee and serves on the finance investment committee of the Trust’s Executive Committee, which directs an investment program for the organization’s endowments.
